This is a rundown of some common mistakes companies make. I’ll fully admit that I often have content errors. And I’d add that I still have yet to see a great application of QR Codes outside of Google Glass (which doesn’t have a keyword). It’s my opinion they’re a failure all around as they don’t incorporate branding and are not as memorable as something like a URL path.
